– Up to 15 days before the full reservation is returned.
– 7-15 days 50% is returned
– less than 7 days there is no return
Change of date by customer request:
– Up to 7 days before departure at no cost.
– With less than 7 days, €30 of management and according to availability.
When the weather conditions are not suitable for safe navigation, the company reserves the right to cancel or offer an alternative date to the client at no cost.
